About Robyn

I am a Reiki Master and ConTact C.A.R.E. student practitioner based in Meadowbank, Auckland. I work from my home practice, a calm, welcoming space where you can slow down, feel supported, and reconnect with yourself.

I have completed my ConTact C.A.R.E. training and am continuing my professional journey towards Practitioner Certification. I have been privileged to learn under Dale Speedy and Kym Summers, and my journey into this work has been deeply personal and transformative.

I believe that healing begins when we feel safe, seen, and supported. My aim is to create a nurturing space where you can reconnect with your body, release tension, and move towards greater balance, ease, and wellbeing.

All About Me

Kia Ora I'm Robyn,

I've always been drawn to people, their stories, and the quiet strength it takes to keep moving forward, even when life feels difficult.

After living overseas for many years, I returned to Aotearoa in 2015 feeling lost. My mental health was struggling, my body was constantly sore, I kept injuring myself, and I had drifted away from many of the things that once made me feel like myself. I tried different approaches, hoping something would help, but I couldn't seem to find anything that truly reached what I was carrying.

At first, I came to this work seeking relief from the physical pain and limitations I had been experiencing. I didn't realise then how much deeper the journey would go.

When I reached a really low point, I booked a session with Dale Speedy. After just two sessions, something began to shift. For the first time in a long time, I felt hope again. Slowly, I started to feel more like myself. I found I had more capacity to handle life's challenges, and things that once felt overwhelming began to feel more manageable.

Through my own journey with ConTact C.A.R.E., I began to understand my experiences in a different way. As the flinch-locks began to unwind, I noticed changes not only in my body, but in how I responded to life. I felt more clarity, more ease, and a greater trust in myself.

Reiki has also been an important part of my journey. It has given me a space to slow down, reconnect with myself, and support my emotional wellbeing through life's challenges. It continues to be a practice I return to for balance, reflection, and self-care.

I am still on my own journey. I am still learning, growing, and discovering more about myself. I don't believe healing is about becoming a perfect version of ourselves; it is about creating more awareness, more compassion, and more connection with who we truly are.

Becoming a practitioner has been a meaningful part of that journey. My own experiences have shaped the way I hold space for others, with empathy, curiosity, and without judgement.

My hope is to offer a safe and nurturing space where you can slow down, reconnect with yourself, and feel supported as you navigate your own journey. Whether you are experiencing physical discomfort, emotional overwhelm, stress, or simply feel that something isn't quite right, I would be honoured to walk alongside you.
